Danielle LaPorte is the living example of the road less travelled. With just a high school diploma she began working at The Body Shop selling peppermint foot lotion and soon found herself climbing the company’s corporate ranks with her “get it done” attitude. It is this same attitude that had her working alongside Ph.Ds at a high-profile Washington nonprofit think tank. However, Danielle’s greatest decision was to invest in her individualism and share her unique journey with others.
She is the author of The Fire Starters Sessions, and The Desire Map: A Guide to Creating Goals With Soul, which has become an international workshop program with licensed facilitators in 15 countries. Her next book, White Hot Truth will be released May 15, 2017.
Danielle’s inspiring work and writing has granted her a place in Oprah’s Super Soul 100 group and her website DanielleLaPorte.com has been named one of the “Top 100 Websites for Women” by Forbes.
While she is an entrepreneurial force to be reckoned with, Danielle is committed to charities such as VDay, a global movement to end violence against women and girls, and charity: water, an endeavor to provide safe drinking water at a global level.
